About

I am the Co-founder Nova Spatium, a tech firm specializing in deep learning-based point cloud AI. Our work focuses on pushing the boundaries of semantic segmentation, object extraction, and scan-to-map/BIM/asset workflows.

Alongside my industry leadership, I serve as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Toronto Metropolitan University. My research explores the intersection of LiDAR remote sensing and advanced point cloud processing, with a particular focus on improving LiDAR point cloud data quality for airborne laser scanner, multispectral LiDAR, and airborne laser bathymetry (ALB).

Currently, my work targets AI-assisted labeling, scan-to-map/BIM/asset, and the development of high-definition maps to bridge the gap between raw spatial data and actionable intelligence.
